Pitcher Jean Claude Malarmey

Large and beautiful ceramic pitcher by Jean-Claude Malarmey, Vallauris artist from the 1950s. This vintage piece is in perfect condition and is decorated with foliage in blue, brown and green tones. Jean-Claude Malarmey was a student at the Reims School of Fine Arts before settling in Vallauris between 1953 and 1954. He founded the old mill workshop there then set up on his own in 1957. He then offers creations imbued with a somewhat naive iconography celebrating the elements of fauna and flora.
