Baumann bentwood chair

I never tire of restoring them! Superb curved wooden armchair chair from the iconic baumann manufacture, 1960's. Its seat and back are made of wooden slats. This chair in a good state of conservation (a few wrinkles which add to its charm! Darker wood at the screws) has been enhanced by significant sanding work which has allowed to bring back to the fore the beautiful raw wood. In order to dress it up! While keeping the lightness of its lines, the slats of the seat and back have been painted in a linen tone. We can easily imagine it indoors in a bedroom as well as outdoors in a garden. The whole is vitrified for better protection. Seat: h 20 X d 25.
