Pair french vintage cast bronze double scroll acanthus leaf wall sconces 4562

Pair vintage french art nouveau style quality cast bronze scrolling acanthus leaf double wall lights. The sconces are made up of a back plate with scrolling acanthus leaf detail each facing in the opposite directions. The arms are off set giving the sconce an illusion of depth and decorated with acanthus leaves. The arms lead to leaf shaped candle drip holders and the candle drips are in card with age related ware. There is a screw hole in the top of each sconce for fitting to the wall after wiring.the sconces are in good vintage condition with a deep time worn patina and marks to be expected. They have been cleaned but not polished so you can decide on their finish. There are wired with french twin core wiring and take 2 small screws in e14 bulbs each. Wall fittings not included.
