1960s American walnut desk by Jens Risom

Large walnut desk by Jens Risom Design Limited. Jens Risom is a Danish designer who is credited as having brought Danish design to America. He was trained at the Copenhagen School of Industrial Art and Design before moving to New York to become a founding member of Hans Knoll Furniture Company and then setting up Jens Risom Design. The item has been refinished and is generally in very good condition with the odd sign of wear and tear and a few cosmetic repairs.
