Pair of Blonde Mahogany Armchairs, Art Deco – 1940

Pair of blond mahogany armchairs from the Art Deco period. Each bergère features a enveloping gondola backrest, adorned with a mahogany band, sculpted in the centre with a decoration of flowers and foliage. High, protruding armrests rest on fluted front legs shaped like a pointed arch. The back legs are turned outward for added stability. The structure is in perfect condition; however, the upholstery and seat are original. ******** Period: 1940. Excellent condition after restoration in our workshop. Original seat and upholstery.
