Scandinavian teak chest of drawers with locks

Scandinavian 1960s teak chest of four drawers with carved recessed handles and locks with brass escutcheons. Scandinavian teak chest of drawers from the 1960s, arranged over four drawers of equal height, each fitted with a lock and brass escutcheon. The teak handles, with a rectangular frame and carved recess, are placed symmetrically at either side of the front: a recurring detail in Swedish and Danish production of the period. Square-section legs and white drawer interiors complete a sober, functional design with compact proportions. Good condition. It may show signs of age and use.
