Slatted teak top with raised edges and four-legged frame with side stretchers. Scandinavian production, 1960s. The character of this bench can already be appreciated in its distinctive teak top, made of adjoining slats and framed by a raised edge: a detail connected to its original function as a flower table, designed to accommodate plants while protecting the surface from water. Rounded edges on the legs and stretchers lighten the structure and emphasize its construction. A small piece of Scandinavian design from the 1960s, equally interesting today in its interpretation as a coffee table. Good condition. It may show signs of age.
