“Aubusson No. 6”, 2025

The “Aubusson” series brings together a collection of frames and wall hangings made and assembled in our Parisian workshop from fragments of period Aubusson hangings and antique frames dating from the 1850s to the 1950s. Diptych composed of two fragments of Aubusson tapestry representing the detail of a greenery and mounted on two wooden frames. In good condition, this diptych shows traces of time such as accidents, traces of repairs and discolorations which give it an authentic patina. It will find its place in any type of interior, alone or accompanied by other frames and will bring an antique touch to your decoration. On the back, on which we have stretched a mixed fabric, a golden hook on the upper part is provided; a nail on the wall and that's it! Dimensions of a canvas: H41 X W32 X D2.5 cm.
