Imagine yourself sitting on the terrace of a Parisian bistro in the 1930s, sipping a small crème de menthe from one of these charming glasses and watching the world go by. Mass-produced at the time, these pressed glass aperitif glasses have an inner coating that makes their bowl appear smaller than it actually is, creating the illusion of a fuller glass. They were used in every café. These lovely glasses are in good vintage condition, with no cracks or chips. The glass has some scratches, particularly on the base of one of them. There are also some imperfections in the glass, such as bubbles, which are part of the manufacturing process. Each glass weighs approximately 300g, making them heavy and sturdy pieces of glassware. The glasses are approximately 14cm tall and 8cm in diameter, with a 7.5cm diameter base and a 6cm stem. These glasses can also be used to serve sorbets and will make a charming addition to your vintage glassware collection.
