Organic shaped black wooden bowl, 1960s

A black ebonized wooden bowl produced in the 1960s, distinguished by an organic form that appears to have been shaped directly from the material itself. Its soft asymmetrical lines and subtly raised central foot create a natural balance, giving the piece a sculptural presence beyond its functional purpose. The dark finish enhances the grain of the wood while revealing the craftsmanship behind its turning and finishing.
