Authentic Kashima armchair in original fabric from the Roset house, 1981, entirely made of high-density foam, without any related rigid structure. It offers a soft and enveloping comfort. It is characterized by its generous padding and distinctive tufting with pinch seams, reminiscent of the spirit of Chesterfield sofas but in a more relaxed and organic style, reflecting Michel Ducaroy's vision. Initially created in 1973, this vintage model is highly sought after in the second-hand market and was officially reissued by Ligne Roset in 2023 at a price of €2800. Fabric in beige tweed from the 1970s, it still presents very well for its age, with a slight and discreet defect on the seat, otherwise the only one, foam still very firm and no missing buttons. 1981 edition for purists.
