Louis XV style commode renovated - natural wood top and deep stain

This elegant antique chest of drawers has been completely stripped and renovated in my workshop. The varnished top showcases the wood grain, while the body of the piece has been painted in a wine-burgundy shade that gives a warm and timeless presence to this antique item. The drawers have also been stripped and then waxed to provide a lovely contrast when opening them. This chest of drawers will easily find its place in a bedroom, hallway, or living room, adding character to an interior. It is an antique piece where traces of the past may still remain.
