Art deco glass vase by Vittorio Zecchin for Cappellin Venini, 1920s

Art Deco Italian glass vase By Vittorio Zecchin (1878-1947), produced by Cappellin Venini in the 1920s-1930s. This piece was crafted from very thin blown glass, in a dark grey with a green hue, with applied handles and drop elongated applications around the body, very characteristic of Zecchin's work. The pontil mark is polished. Wear consistent with use and age, there is a small chip at the bottom end of one of the drop applications near the bottom rim, but in overall very good condition.
