Designed in 1927 - 1928 by Marcel Breuer for Thonet in Germany, the B9 A side table is a milestone of Bauhaus design. Its cantilevered shape and compact proportions give it an architectural and lightweight presence. This example features an oak veneer top and a chrome-plated tubular steel base. The oak veneer shows slight signs of wear and minor marks consistent with its age. Overall in good condition.
