Very beautiful antique set in clear blown and hand-cut crystal, attributed to Moser, Bohemia, circa 1880-1910. It includes 6 wine glasses and 2 matching champagne coupes. Beautiful flared tulip shape, with wide cut ribs at rounded ends, faceted stem with six sides, and circular foot. Fine yet dense crystal, very resonant, showing slight irregularities, small bubbles, and size differences characteristic of old artisanal production. The craftsmanship strongly evokes the ancient productions of the Moser glassworks, although there is no signature for formal attribution. Wine glasses: approximately 14.5 to 15cm in height, 8.8 to 8.9cm in maximum diameter. Champagne coupes: 13.5cm in height, 9.5cm in maximum diameter. Very good overall condition, with a micro-chip on the rim of one glass and another on the rim of one coupe (less than a millimetre), a few very fine, discreet usage scratches, one of which is slightly more pronounced on a glass, as well as some small manufacturing defects, notably bubbles and irregularities on certain rims and feet. Small cutting marks are also visible at the base of the stems, above the foot, discreetly. Approximately 160 to 170g per piece, totalling around 1.3kg for the set.
