Let yourself be seduced by the authentic charm of the Belle Époque with this delightful side table (circa 1900), showcasing the fluid and organic lines characteristic of the Art Nouveau movement. This small mid-century piece in light wood stands out with its subtly curved and arched legs. Its floral decoration, entirely hand-carved in the mass, poetically evokes the naturalism of the École de Nancy. Handcrafted work: The two stacked tops are delicately adorned with relief floral patterns carved into the wood, offering a very nice tactile finish. Natural finish: This table has been completely and meticulously sanded by hand to restore its original clarity. It has then been nourished and protected with a homemade natural beeswax, giving it a superb satin finish and a sweet scent of old wax. Contextual use: Thanks to its compact dimensions, it will be perfect as a side table, tea table, guéridon in an entryway, or even as an original bedside table. Condition: Excellent overall condition after renovation. The piece is sound, stable, and ready to be installed. As an authentic piece over a century old, it retains discreet and charming traces of its history that give it character (visible in the detailed photos). Dimensions: Width: 60 cm Depth: 40 cm Height: 70 cm. Special care will be taken to protect the piece for secure shipping (Cocolis or Selency delivery service recommended).
