Art Deco period banker's chest of drawers circa 1920 in mahogany and mahogany veneer

Art Deco banker's chest of drawers, circa 1920. Quality construction in mahogany and mahogany veneer. Solid brass handles. The bottom plinth being closed on all sides leaves a space between the bottom drawer and the floor to hide treasures. Beautiful patina of time with small surface defects. Only the top shelf has been revarnished, all the other sides of the furniture retain their original finish and all the charm of the small traces of its age. Dimensions: 95 X 45 cm (the depth including the handles is 47cm), height 87.5 cm. Interior of the drawers: 80x37.5 cm, height 12.7 cm.
