Scandinavian oak sideboard model “Tokyo”, designed by Ingvar Sandström for Nordiska Kompaniet and produced by NK:s Verkstäder in Nyköping, as confirmed by the original label. Dating from the late 1950s to early 1960s, it features a balanced composition with cabinet doors and a vertical row of drawers, turned wooden handles and brass key details. The trestle-style legs give the piece an architectural yet light appearance, embodying the refined language of mid-century Nordic modernism. Good condition. May show signs of age.
