Mirror

Superb mirror with a shaped frame, in the purest Rococo spirit. The carved and gilded wooden frame features generous motifs of shells, scrolls, and foliage, typical of the Louis XV style. The glass, slightly speckled by the patina of time, adds an authentic charm to this piece. The gilding, aged over the years, reveals the underlayer in places, giving this object its character. Brass hanging system on the back already in place (photo provided), ready to be installed. Dimensions: approximately 61x41 cm. An ideal piece to bring a touch of classic elegance to an entrance, living room, or bedroom.
