Authentic large cast iron column stove from the late 19th century (period 1880–1920). Its ultra-raw conical shape, without embellishments or enamel, makes it an absolutely original and decorative centrepiece in the Wabi-sabi style. Enriched with a patina forged by decades, it will bring an added soul and a sculptural presence to a contemporary interior, a loft, or a country house. Dimensions & Characteristics: • Height of the cast iron body: 120 cm (excluding feet, expect around 135-140 cm in total with the base) Base diameter: 47 cm. • Top diameter: 29 cm (conical shape promoting excellent draft) • Estimated weight: Over 120 kg (thick cast iron providing great thermal inertia) • Material: Period cast iron, raw and sound, not warped. Ideal for a pure decoration project as is, the stove is dismountable into three parts of 30 or 40 kilos each, making it transportable. To ensure proper use, it will be necessary to follow the technical adaptations and corrections advised by an installer.
