Louis XVI style bougeoir late 19th century gold metal transformed into lamp foot- with embroidered day offal

Elegant candlestick in fine metal late 19th century transformed into a lamp foot, restored to the xxéme current gilding paint, with its day offal in undulating clipping fabric, finely embroidered with floral motifs and glued with an anti-heating plastic protection. The summer of the foot, fluted and tapered is decorated with geometric patterns, plants (acanthus leaves) with in its upper part and around a garland of laurel. The back of the cup is also decorated, as well as the base of the terraced foot. Single foot height: 25.5 cm. Base diameter of the foot: 8 cm. Set in good condition, free of accident, except for a sinking at the base of the foot (photo 8 ) Functional electrification (see photo) diffused a warm light (maxi 40 w).
