Set of 4 drawer handles
4 Beautiful antique drawer handles in chiselled brass, in Rococo style, featuring leaf and scroll motifs, intended for a quality piece of furniture. The overall impression is one of decorative richness and antiquity. This type of handle was very common on French or European furniture from the 18th century, or on reproductions in the Louis XV / Louis XVI style from the 19th and early 20th centuries. Style and shape. • Rococo / Baroque or Neo-Rococo style, very ornate. • Elongated and symmetrical shape, slightly curved. • In the centre: a horizontally curved and sculpted bar, flanked by two large round holes (for finger passage or for attaching a movable handle). • On each side: highly detailed relief motifs representing acanthus leaves, scrolls, and plant tendrils, ending in elegant points. • Several small fixing holes are visible (for mounting screws or nails).
