Suspension Nictea design Afra and Tobia Scarpa edition Flos

For sale: the “Nictea” suspension, designed in 1962 by the famous Italian designer duo Tobia Scarpa and Afra Scarpa, published by the Italian company Flos. This suspension is part of the early collaborations between the Scarpa couple and Flos, perfectly illustrating Italian modernist design from the 1960s. The lamp consists of a brass structure with plastic elements, characteristic of the Scarpa's work, which combines elegance of materials with formal rigor. The original design includes a glass diffuser, which is now missing, revealing the lamp's graphic structure.
