Rare lit Space Age vintage with integrated radio alarm clock and lighting.

I am offering for sale this vintage double bed with a futuristic and Space Age design, a particularly original and uncommon piece. Its very recognisable aesthetic, with its rounded shapes, chrome elements, textile covering, and integrated features, recalls the futuristic furniture of the late 1970s and early 1980s. The bed has the following directly integrated into its structure: Two integrated bedside tables. Two integrated lights. An integrated alarm clock radio in the centre of the headboard. Several storage spaces. A brown/taupe textile finish. Chrome decorative details and trims. 📻 Integrated radio. The radio is a Wanda LC101-R3, a model of integrated radio furniture dating from the early 1980s. Unfortunately, the manufacturer or designer of the bed itself could not be identified, as no manufacturer’s plaque or label has been found on the piece. 📐 Dimensions. Sleeping dimensions: 140 × 200 cm. The bed is a substantial and quite heavy piece of furniture. The external dimensions can be provided upon request. ✨ Condition. Good overall condition considering its age, with some signs and marks related to its use and age, visible in the photos. Both integrated lights are present. The alarm clock radio is also present and its display works. A complete electrical check is recommended before regular use, given the age of the installation. 💰 Price. €1, 000. Price may be negotiable within reason. An ideal piece for Space Age furniture enthusiasts, collectors, decorators, set designers, or vintage design lovers from the 70s/80s.
