Wolfgang tuempel 'odette' desk lamp by waldmann, new bauhaus, 1960. Adjustable desk lamp 'odette' type tl 218 designed by bauhaus member wolfgang tuempel and produced by waldmann leuchten, germany in the years 1962. Two fluorescent tubes 2 X 8 w (included). Wolfgang tuempel (1903-1978) was a bauhaus designer. His work is represented in the collection of the victoria & albert museum in london and the bauhaus museum in berlin. Good condition of use, complete function, good condition: note that it is a vintage product so some small traces of wear. H: about 43 cm, l: 35 cm, d: 9 cm. 2 neon tubes of 8 watts each.
