Beautiful lithograph by Joelle Serve. Titled "Amalgame" Beautiful technical work with relief. (Marked E/A), signed in pencil lower right. Dimensions: 76 X 56 cm. Good condition. Joelle was a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris and a laureate of the Institut de France, Casa Velázquez Prize. One of the first women, in 1975, she created and ran a printmaking workshop, Atelier 63, on rue Daguerre in Paris, and in 1983, she founded the Trace printmaking association. She taught there for many years. In 1987, she created the Trace-Idemedia International Printmaking Prize. A member of the Taylor Foundation, she was awarded the Maryse Anderbourhr Prize in 2013.
