Baumann children's office 50/60s

Vintage children's office, manufactured by Baumann in the 1950s. The room is in excellent original condition. Unlike many of these products that have been cannibalized or modified, this one is entirely original (the varnish also), it was just cleaned to preserve its authenticity. There are traces of use on the top, feet and inside and bottom of the drawer. Very nice golden patina of time. There is a drawer that works with a zipper (size of drawer 28 X 21). Simple and elegant design highlighting beautiful tapered feet. On the songs of the tray, there is a very nice work of assembling the dovetail wood, which were commonly used in carpentry for woodworking. The dovetail design is an important method for distinguishing different periods of furniture. It is a difficult seal to make manually, requiring painstaking work. It is made of light wood (beech wood) and is varnished. It is strong, robust and stable. It could also be used as a side table or bedside.
