Superb set of 12 coloured crystal bowls from Saint-Louis, Chantilly model. The Chantilly model, created in 1958, is part of the beautiful cut designs from the Saint-Louis house. It is recognised by its rich and luminous decoration composed of cross-hatching, fan cuts, palmettes, and cut points. Here, the coloured version adds a very beautiful decorative presence with an assortment of shades: blue, green, red, pink, amethyst, and smoky/deep blue depending on the glass. The bowls rest on an elongated clear crystal stem and a circular base. The whole set offers a very elegant appearance, ideal for a large table, a display case, or a collection of French crystal.
