Vintage stained wood and clear glass sideboard – 1950s/60s

We love these timeless pieces of furniture that exude a bygone refinement. Scattered throughout our interiors, they elevate the space in the blink of an eye. This vintage rolling cart stands out with its airy and elegant lines, typical of French furniture from the mid-20th century. It features two beautiful rectangular trays with rounded corners: an upper and lower frame in warm mahogany/ walnut-stained wood, enhanced by a fine golden metal rim. Two transparent glass trays allow light to pass through for a light and graphic appearance. An ergonomic side handle in matching wood and brass fittings make it easy to move. It rests on four turned legs mounted on original directional golden metal wheels. Although vintage, this cart remains in excellent condition. The patina of the metal and wood tells its story and adds to its charm (slight signs of oxidation on the brass and wheels). The glass trays are well preserved. Height of the upper tray: 73cm. Decorative crush: We can perfectly envision this piece as a chic bar corner for displaying your finest decanters and glasses, as a side table for your plants, or as a refined end table. A timeless mid-century style!
