Stoneware vase, signed by the French ceramist Sylvie Dufour, measuring 28 cm in height and 11 cm in diameter at the neck. Made in her workshop in Ille-et-Vilaine, this handcrafted piece showcases the artist's expertise, active since the 1980s in the tradition of French studio pottery. The satin grey-blue glaze, speckled and partially opaque, highlights an incised decoration of regular waves running across the entire surface, creating a rhythmic and tactile texture. Three circular discs in slight relief, each marked with a central cross motif, punctuate the upper part of the vase with balance. The interior is fully glazed, and the signature "Sylvie Dufour" is engraved under the base. The condition is excellent: no cracks or chips, only a few small natural irregularities from the firing, characteristic of small-batch artisanal productions. This vase fits into a sober and refined aesthetic, typical of contemporary French studio pottery productions.
