Joseph Andre Motte armchairs for Artifort 1955

Rare pair of lounge chairs, model 141, designed by the french top designer joseph andre motte in 1955 for artifort. The chairs are newly upholstered with a custard (yellow/orange) wool tonus meadow fabric by kvadrat. They have beautiful black steel legs. Minimalist chairs, and comfortable seating. The chairs are documented in several books including the artifort book. These beautiful chairs are very hard to find. The chairs are in excellent condition. Little traces of use on the legs.
