Old raw wood palaver chair, low tribal chair.

Old palaver chair, in light gray raw solid wood, in 2 parts that fit together. Very comfortable folding chair or guardian chair, west african crafts, 1960s. The back is decorated with a symbol of power of the baoulé people of ivory coast. The numbers 1 and 2 are also engraved in reverse on each piece. The wood is dry, slightly cracked, nicely weathered, like driftwood, in beige and gray tones, rustic in style, at the beginning of petrification. Ideal in front of a fireplace, in a veranda, out of africa decor.
