Empty pocket where decorative bowl in ultramarine blue glass and gold threads

Empty pocket or vintage decorative cup made of ultramarine blue glass and enhanced with fine gold threads. It is a beautiful decorative object which is in good general condition, although it has a few small scratches on the golden fringes on one side. When turned upside down, this object represents a sailor's hat. Dimensions height: 9 cm diameter: 21 cm.
