Magnificent Table Service Terr... Splendid and rare in the condition of this antique table service made of fine earthenware Terre de Fer, stamped H. Boulenger & Cie (Choisy-le-Roi), model "Champigny" (late 19th century). This service features a beautiful monochrome midnight blue pattern in the form of a fine stylized vegetal frieze, perfect for an elegant table with timeless charm, bohemian or chic flea market style. The lot includes a complete set of pieces and plates: 12 flat plates (23.5 cm in diameter) 6 deep/soup plates (23.5 cm in diameter) 1 large salad bowl (28.5 cm) 1 oval serving platter (presentation plate) 32.5 cm X 23 cm. 1 small matching oval dish (25 cm X 14 cm) 1 round presentation plate (27 cm) Condition: Very good overall condition for century-old tableware. Minimal enamel loss on the salad bowl and on a few plates (always almost invisible), some age-related stains but should be removable with baking soda or vinegar. The glazing, despite the photos, remains white and shiny, and the earthenware has retained its original luster. A few very light patinas or signs of normal use due to age, which adds to the charm of authentic Terre de Fer. (Take a good look at the photos).
