Stoneware pitcher - Poterie des Mottes (Burgundy)

Charming little pitcher in glazed stoneware, signed "poterie des mottes - fait main". Handcrafted in burgundy, in the hamlet of les mottes (yonne), this pitcher is typical of local production from the 1970s and 1980s. Made of natural stoneware, it features an incised floral decoration, partially glazed in shades of blue, cream and verdigris. The interior is covered with a glossy light gray enamel. The spout and generous handle make it an object as decorative as it is functional. Perfect as a table jug, a rustic vase or simply placed on a wooden shelf in a country kitchen or a bohemian interior. Good condition, no cracks or chips.
