Asymmetrical postmodern blue mirror – Memphis style, 1980s

A mirror that resembles more of a wall sculpture. Its asymmetrical, almond-shaped glass is surrounded by a graphic structure made of cobalt blue lacquered tubular metal, punctuated by spheres and cones in natural wood. A free and playful design, typical of the postmodernism of the 1980s-1990s, which immediately evokes the world of the Memphis movement: geometric shapes, bold colours, and the repurposing of everyday objects. The contrast between the deep blue of the structure and the natural wood gives it a lot of character, while remaining surprisingly easy to integrate into a contemporary interior.
