A giltwood mirror with a fluted frame, decorated with garlands and a medallion in the style of Wedgewood, featuring putti, and a beveled glass. A quality piece from the early 20th century. Some brushwork is visible in the gilding, the reappearance of the glaze (red highlights), and two small areas where patinated and gilded moldings are missing at the two lower corners of the mirror. Minor pitting does not detract from its charm.
