Charles X decanter with cabochons

Heavy cast crystal decanter from the charles X period, circa 1830/1850. Decoration with patterns of cabochons and volutes, original cap. Carved to the star on the reverse. Three rings at the neck. Heavy model. It could be a baccarat production, when the house bought the manufacture du creusot by taking over its molds and catalogs. 30 X 10 cm. In good general condition, to be noted: splinters at the foot of the cap, defect on the neck of the decanter, slightly bleached inside.
