These models, combining a marble base with an animal sculpture in spelter, are relatively easy to find, but representations of lions are rarer. The figure of the lion embodies serene power and inspires protection. The strong lines of the lion are in pure Art Deco style, and its beautiful patina is a coppery bronze colour. The marble base is in light brown shades. Acquiring these objects gives us the feeling of owning a small work of art at home, especially since they are rarely identical.
