Stunning chair or seat in Renaissance style, richly carved, dating from the late 19th century. This unique model stands out with its gondola-shaped inclined backrest, offering an elegant and enveloping line. The wooden structure is abundantly adorned with relief carvings: scrolls, rosettes, plant motifs, and bunches of grapes, typical of the Renaissance decorative vocabulary. The side posts are enhanced with twisted columns, while the belt features a finely crafted frieze. The curved legs end in sculpted scrolls, reinforcing the decorative character of the whole. The seat and backrest are upholstered in a textured fabric (or leather) in old rose tones, highlighted with a braid, providing contrast and comfort. A character piece, both decorative and original, ideal as an occasional seat in a classic or eclectic interior.
