Vintage Föhl spring mechanical candlestick

Old retractable mechanical candlestick made of metal (brushed aluminium style / silver-plated metal) manufactured in Germany by the FÖHL company (stamped "Made in Germany by FÖHL" under the base). An ingenious object with an industrial and sleek design. The candle fits inside the central barrel on a spring-mounted tray. As the wax burns, the system pushes the candle upwards, keeping the flame at a constant height. The head locks easily with a bayonet system. In very good vintage condition. The spring mechanism works perfectly. Light signs of use and age consistent with its years, giving it a beautiful patina. Dimensions: Height: 18 cm. Base diameter: 10.5 cm. Fast and careful shipping.
