Art Deco lamp in cut crystal and brass with its original fabric shade, circa 1930-1950. Lamp base made of 3 diamond-cut parts, interspersed with patinated brass rings, resting on a faceted square base. The original label is still attached to the base: Cristal Andelle France. Beautiful quality of crystal, no chips or damage. Patina of the brass shows age. Electrical system replaced and checked. Bayonet socket. Original shade with some wear and stains but rare and typical of the Art Deco period. The Val d'Andelle crystal factory was renowned for its art object creations and the quality of its crystal. Dimensions of the base: H 19 cm D 7.5 cm.
