Description
Condiment server with two bowls by thierry and chantal robert who created “les grès du loir” in poncé in 1960. Originally utilitarian pottery made from local red earth, currently ceramics of character distinguished by their simple and authentic line. Note the detail of the hemmed handle and the almost japanese speckled brown effect in opposition to the beautiful bluish gray enamel. Handwritten signature of the artists' initials under the base, "a" for atelier and their initials t, ch. Good condition, dimensions: 18.5x13x8 cm.
