Pair of travertine rhinoceros bookends by Fratelli Mannelli, 1970s

Pair of "rhinoceros" bookends by Fratelli Mannelli. They are carved from a single block of travertine. Rare model and color. Vintage bookends from the 1970s. Each piece has a chip on the horn (see photos), but these chips do not affect the overall aesthetics of the pieces as these dents are visible on only one side of each rhino. You can therefore turn the bookends so that only the intact side of each piece is visible. Each piece weighs 2.140 kg. Dimensions: height 10 cm / length 18 cm / thickness 7 cm.
