Pair of rhinoceros bookends in travertine by Fratelli Mannelli, 1970s.

Pair of "rhinoceros" bookends by Fratelli Mannelli. They are sculpted from a single block of travertine. Rare model and colour. Vintage bookends from the 1970s, each piece has a chip on the horn (see photos) but this does not affect the overall aesthetic of the pieces as these chips are only visible on one side of each rhinoceros. You can therefore turn the bookends so that only the intact side of each piece is visible. Each piece weighs 2.140 kg. Dimensions: height 10cm / length 18cm / thickness 7cm.
