Vintage Design - Pair of Argyle chairs by Charles Rennie Mackintosh for Atelier International. Designed in 1897 and exhibited at the Eighth Secession Exhibition in Vienna, Austria in 1900, this is one of the most iconic chairs of the famous Scottish architect, designer, and painter Charles Rennie Mackintosh, a key figure of the Glasgow Movement. The chair, resembling a throne in size and presence, was reissued by the Italian company Cassina starting in the 1980s. This set is presented in perfect condition, reupholstered with a red color that complements its aesthetic. Please note that items made of Rosewood are subject to a special export process that may extend the delivery time by an additional 2 to 4 weeks.
