Large antique green glass bottle with an elongated silhouette, typical of utilitarian containers used in cellars and homes in the early 20th century. The glass exhibits slight irregularities and subtle material movements that testify to its old manufacturing. A mould line is visible on the side, while the neck retains traces of reworking of the hot glass, a common process in French and Belgian glassworks around 1900. The moulded base features a central hexagonal pattern accompanied by a mould number, surrounded by a characteristic notched rim typical of these large storage bottles intended for wine or spirits. A discreet manufacturing defect near the neck, formed during the shaping of the glass, adds to the authentic charm of the piece. The bottle is in very good condition, with some signs of age but no chips or cracks. With its beautiful bottle green hue and generous size, it now serves as a superb decorative element: a large minimalist vase, a decorative cellar bottle, or an ideal antique object in a country, rustic, or wabi-sabi interior. Weight: 1.800 kg -.
