This teak sideboard comes from Norway and was made around 1960s. It is most probably one of Gustav Bahus designs. It features three storage sections, two with shelves and one with four practical drawers on the right. In the middle you will find one wide shelf and a lot of storage space for bigger objects. Each section is lockable with a key. Each of the four drawers has beautifully sculpted handles. The chest is set on a nicely shaped solid teak frame. Its clean lines and tapered legs capture the essence of the Scandinavian Modern movement, while the careful choice of materials and craftsmanship reflect the Mid Century Modern era's dedication to quality. The piece is after careful restoration, refinished with oil that protects the wood and gives it a natural finishing touch. Imagine this stunning piece as the focal point of your dining room, living space, or entryway, instantly elevating the overall aesthetic of your home. Whether you're a collector of mid-century treasures or someone with an eye for classic design, this Sideboard is sure to become a cherished centerpiece that sparks conversations and admiration.
