Directoire style gondola chairs

Set of 4 "gondola" chairs, copies of old directoire style chairs. The frame is made of solid cherry wood with a satin varnish. The front legs are round and conical. The back legs are saber-shaped. The very solid frame has no play. The varnish has some scratches from normal use. The seat and back are upholstered, the edges being stopped with gilded nails in bands. The chairs are in very good condition. The seats are perfectly preserved. No restoration work is required.
