The seat has its original straw seat and was previously upholstered in fabric. As the first fabric shows slight signs of wear, a second, removable fabric has been added (see photos). The seat is stuffed with horsehair for added comfort. The bench has a sturdy and stable frame with stretchers. Very good overall condition.
